Have you ever had a day where you wanted something really good, but didn’t feel like cooking a lot?  Well I really like Blakes’s all natural Turkey Pot Pies.  It’s comfort food made from scratch by happy people, not machines in New Hampshire.  They raise the turkeys on their farm and the pies are made from an old family recipe.  Big chunks of white meat turkey, garden vegetables, potatoes and a flakey crust.  They are expensive if you by them at the Food Co-op, but Market Basket had them on sale this week for a family size pie for less then the single serve at the Food Co-op.  I just put it in the oven from the freezer at 400 degrees for 55 minutes.  Saves a lot of work and couldn’t believe how home made it tasted.  For the past week, it has been one thing after another and no rest.  This gives you a break.

I saw this ring somewhere in my travels.  It caught my eye because I love jewelry for one thing.  For another thing, blue Saphire is my Mom’s birthstone and I just like the color of it.  And I love the engraved saying on the inside and like that it is in the form of a cross.  It’s saphires and white topez and I put it on my wish list.  So beautiful.

The above view from a condo in Maine is just so beautiful to me.  It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a deck and a garage.  It’s in a gated community with walking trails, bike trails, near a state park and sounds wonderful and it’s not expensive to buy.  Only been on the market for 3 days and someone will snatch it up for sure.  It has a loft and open concept.  I love the style of it.

I love the style of the living room and everything about it.  It has access to an in-ground pool, boating and garden area.

It’s got granite counter tops and I love the Maine backsplash. 🙂  Everything about it is everything I love.  I even love the address of Harbor View Drive.  It’s in pristine move in condition.  The only drawback is a kind of high monthly Association fee.  The mortgage is really low and it was built in 2005.  If you love the outdoors, gardening and sunsets and Maine, this place is a dream.

The Pioneer Woman came out with some new linens that are sold in Walmart.  She has some really cute ideas.  The new stuff is supposed to be in stores this week, but they are not in the Super Walmart near me.  They are on line in Walmart, though.  If I were her, I would make quality stuff made in the USA.  I mean people don’t mind paying a little more for something that they like.  She has low prices and made in China, usually.  I don’t know what she did with the new stuff.  Hopefully not polyester and made in China.

I like the looks of the Pioneer Woman dishes.  She has several patterns, but I like the above one the best.  I only bought a mug, a bowl and a plate.

Today was like a summer day here.  Almost 70 degrees most of the afternoon.  It’s going to rain and be a little more seasonal tomorrow.
