King Arthur Flour had a recipe that came in my E-mail for Vermont Whole Wheat Honey Bread that sounded really good.

There was also a recipe for Baked Cinnamon English Muffins.  Both of the recipes are on the King Arthur Flour website.

King Arthur Flour also had all the essential tools and ingredients from crocks to fresh starters for making Sourdough bread.

I like Barefoot Contessa’s idea for a bread drawer in the kitchen cabinet.

I also like Barefoot Contessa’s idea for pull out drawers for pots and pans.  The pots and pans are right there when you need them easy to get and yet out of the way as they take up a lot of space.

The design for the kitchen that Barefoot Contessa has was kitchen of the year, the year that it was built.

I like how she has potted herbs to use in her cooking.  The only thing that I don’t like about Barefoot Contessa recipes from her books are that the ingredients are expensive and there are a lot of ingredients in most of her recipes.

I saw a program on TV that had a Dr. Fuhrman on that wrote the book “Eat to Live”.  He said that the body can heal itself if you feed it the right foods.  The above grilled salmon with all the veggies is an example of the kind of clean eating that he suggested.  I had high blood pressure and tried going without salt, sugar, oils and white flour.  I tried it for 6 weeks plus exercise every day and my blood pressure is now better then what is normal for my age.  I was told that I would have to take blood pressure pills after being sent to the emergency room for blood pressure that was scary high about 2 months ago.  I did not want to get stuck on pills and that diet worked for me.

On Etsy someone did a secretary desk over and I like the style of it.  It sold really fast but I like the color they came up with for the desk.  It really brings out the carving of the wood.
